Shipping policy/Returns:

Thank you for visiting and shopping with MY Doggy the home of natural chews & treats.. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped ON week ends but may be delivered on Saturday not Sunday or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

For all orders that qualify for free shipping we will use standard shipping via Royal Mail tracked 24  - 1 business day.

if you require faster shipping, at the check out you may choose to upgrade your shipping method at your own expense.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All orders are tracked and emailed confirmation of dispatch will be sent to you.

Damages/Loss

MY DOGGY LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order and there are damages or items missing please contact us immediately via email - returns@mydoggy.uk 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, we will then carry out a investigation and put a claim to the courier, if your order arrives open you have the right to refuse order and ask the courier to return to sender, if you do take in the parcel and their items missing

we may not be able to compensate you for your loss or damage if you take a open parcel from the courier, take photos of any damaged/open -  parcels - and ask courier to report to their seniors at that time before accepting, we recommend you do not accept open or damaged parcels.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK.

 

Returns/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However,

we offer a returns policy within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

Refunds for the full value of the order are only done if the product is unopened on it’s return -( Natural Treats )opened products can be returned, but will be weighed and only the portion received back will be refunded. Non consumable products must be returned un opened unless damaged or faulty, please note to take pictures and videos of  faulty products to help us with any claims and keep all postage packaging.

KONG: - 

(a) MY DOGGY LTD, and not KONG, are making the sale to the customer, any products purchased directly from MY DOGGY LTD online or in-store are the sole responsibility of MY DOGGY LTD.

(b) returns, refunds and exchanges are to be made directly to MY DOGGY LTD and not KONG. 

(c) all returns, refunds and exchanges must be followed in the correct way for us to process your requirement in the most timely and efficient way

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number, and mail your return to the following address: PLEASE NOT, do not send any orders back unless advised by us please get in contact before sending any orders back

or you could be liable for any cost incurred.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by MY DOGGY if your item is faulty.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, replacement or exchange.

Although we are usually very quick, please allow up to 14 days after sending your order back to us to allow the returns process to be completed.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, replacement or exchange.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
